How do I configure my VoxNumbers service?

Once you complete the sign up steps you will be prompted to the VoxNumbers configuration wizard. First you must choose which service you want to use. If you want to forward your calls to a mobile or landline phone, or to voicemail or to your SIP/VoIP account, you must choose Call Forwarding. If you want to use a virtual PBX, then you should choose the Virtual Receptionist option.

If you choose the Call Forwarding option, you will need to select where you want your calls to be forwarded.

In case of forwarding your calls to a number, 1 default call forwarding number is created automatically for your convenience. You can delete or modify this number, or you can enter more call forwarding numbers.

If you edit the call forwarding number, you can configure your call forwarding details such as your voicemail settings, your time zone, the ringing time and schedule.

Finally, a summary of your configuration will be displayed where you can either finish setup or edit the settings again to make more changes if needed.

If you choose to forward your calls to voicemail, you can register the e-mail address where your voicemails will be delivered and you can also customize your voicemail greeting.

If you forward your calls to your SIP/VoIP account, you must enter the URI of your SIP/VoIP account and configure the voicemail settings in case your SIP/VoIP account is not reachable.
