- Please check your forwarding number. The number must include the country code. For example, if you forward your calls to a US number, the forwarding number should look like +19253955600. If you entered the number as +9253955600 as an example, the service might try to forward your VoxNumber to another country code, which is Pakistan area code in this example.
- Please also click "Invoices" under "Billing & Payments" and check if you have any unpaid invoices.
- Finally, please check your prepaid credit balance under "Billing & Payments > Prepaid Credit "
